The ultimate solution to worn out turbo wastegate actuator rods on your Giulia or Stelvio!

Our new replacement turbo wastegate actuator rod was completely reengineered to be a permanent replacement for the original rods, which wear prematurely and cause wastegate rattles and underboost error codes. Alfa Romeo does not offer a replacement rod, instead opting to replace entire turbocharger assemblies at significant cost.

The original actuator rod was made from plated mild steel, which resulted in un-lubricated, metal-on-metal friction between the rod and the posts on both ends, leading to rapid wear. Our innovative solution uses a precisely machined actuator rod made from lightweight and durable Titanium, with high-speed ball bearings inserted into each end. This eliminates friction and provides smooth operation of the wastegate under all operating conditions. Additionally, our replacement rod is manufactured with tighter tolerances than the original rod, as the bearings remove all possibility of the rod binding on the shafts. This results in more precise wastegate control and improved throttle response and boost under some circumstances.

Fits all Giulia models 2017 and later, and all Stelvio models 2018 and later, with the 2.0T engine. Not for Quadrifoglio models. Includes replacement retaining clips for both ends of rod.
